Annapurna Base Camp Trek 7 Days

The Annapurna Sanctuary Trek is another name for the Annapurna Base Camp (ABC), which is located at 4,130 meters. Hiunchuli, Machapuchare (Fishtail), and Annapurna South peaks are among the massive mountain ranges that may be seen from this walk in “in-your-face” and unmatched manner.

The best season to trek in this area is spring, when the red, pink, and white rhododendron woods are in full flower, with their pink petals standing out from the harsher mountain landscape. Yet, the Annapurna Base Camp walk may be completed at any time of year.

A few examples of the magnificent snow-capped peaks you will come across on the trek are as follows: Mount Dhaulagiri (8167m), Mount Annapurna I (8091m), Mount Manaslu (8163m), Mount Annapurna II (7937m), Mount Annapurna III (7555m), Mount Annapurna IV (7525m), Mount Annapurna South (7219m), Mount Nilgiri (7041m), Mount Machapuchare (6998m), Mount Hiunchuli (6441m), Mount Lamjung Himal (6986m), and Tukuche Peak (6920m).

Tharpu Chuli (5663m), Singu Chuli (6501m), Hiunchuli (6441m), and South Annapurna (7219m) are a some of the mountains that can be seen from ABC. Many chortens (Buddhist stone monuments), prayer flags, yak grazing, bamboo and rhododendron forests, and the unique Tibetan-style structures of this area may all be seen on the walk.

This thrilling journey begins with a drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara and then to Nayapul (1050m), where we start our hike between terraced rice fields above and the Modi Khola River below. The Himalaya Lodge at Ghandruk (1940m) is our next destination after Chomrong (2170m). You will be treated to breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains throughout the trek. You will have time to explore this mountain village and take in the local culture on the next day as we follow the trek to the Himalaya Lodge at Himalaya.
