Nepal Family Vacation: Chitwan, Pokhara, and Kathmandu
Consider visiting the beautiful country of Nepal with your family this year. Travel to Nepal and fall in love, particularly with Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan, the three major cities there. Enjoy strolling around Kathmandu’s crowded alleys, visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and learning about the history and culture of the area. Visit the nearby Nagarkot mountain to take in the stunning sunrise and sunset views of the Himalayas. It is also important to never neglect the neighboring towns of Patan and Bhaktapur. These culturally diverse cities are important in and of themselves and have much to offer visitors of all stripes.
If you do not visit Pokhara, your trip to Nepal is not complete. Pokhara is the most lovely and naturally gorgeous destination on earth. The experience, which includes many lakes and breathtaking vistas of the 8000-meter Himalayas from 800 meters above sea level, is simply priceless. In a same vein, engaging in other daring pursuits with your family, such as paragliding, zip flying, ultralights, bungee, kayaking, and rafting, will result in amazing memories. Alternatively, you may just unwind, go fishing, or explore other stunning locations in the Pokhara area. For amazing sunrise views, do not miss the adjacent Sarangkot hill. If at all feasible, start a quick and easy hike from Ghorepani Poonhill. All of your family members can enjoy this week-long hike, and I have no doubt that you will all adore it.
Do not just visit the Himalayas during your trip to Nepal. Visit Chitwan National Park to experience wilderness activities up close. Chitwan is home to many endangered species, as well as flora, fauna, and an amazing opportunity to experience the adventure of the jungle. It is only a few hours’ drive from Pokhara and Kathmandu. There will undoubtedly be elephants, one-horned rhinos, crocs, deer, bears, and, if you are lucky, tigers in a jungle. Take your family on a Jungle Safari adventure. Children adore it the best.
