One of the Everest Summit Treks and Expedition personnel will greet you at the airport when you arrive in Nepal. He will also take you to the hotel where you are staying. You will receive further details about the plans and programs at the hotel. You can then spend the remainder of the time unwinding.

We will go to places that are classified as global heritage by UNESCO. We discuss the following attractions today:

Pashupatinath temple: Dedicated to the Hindu god Lord Shiva, this temple is revered by its followers. There are Sadhus, the most well-known devotees of Lord Shiva, in every nook and cranny of the temple, which is a huge cluster of temples. In accordance with numerous Hindu traditions and rites, this is also the main location for cremating deceased people.

Boudhanath Stupa. The next stop on the itinerary is the world’s largest dome-shaped stupa, the stupa Mandala Shape’s design, which is both striking and distinctive. The place is always bustling with visitors and Buddhist pilgrims trying to relax. There are a number of gompas nearby that are open for exploring.

Kathmandu Durbar Square: This is the next item on the list. The massive palace is encircled by striking temples. Visitors can explore temples and museums here to have a thorough understanding of the historical landmarks. Additionally, a number of monuments, shires, and stupas that portray centuries-old histories are adorned throughout the palace area. Additionally, the living goddess Kumari is located near the palace. One of the most elaborate displays of Nepali art and distinctive Newa architecture is the palace.

Swayambhunath Stupa: Swayambhunath stupa is the final stop on today’s itinerary. Perched atop a hill, an old religious stupa stands guard over Kathmandu. Since the stupa serves as a meeting place for pilgrims of both Buddhism and Hinduism, both UNESCO sites are replete with temples and stupas dedicated to both faiths.

We take a plane to Bhairahawa today to see Lord Gautam Buddha’s birthplace. The flight is quite scenic and lasts for thirty to forty-five minutes. After arriving at Bhairahawa, we check into the hotel and have a little break before the tour resumes. First, we go to the temple of Maya Devi, the birthplace of Buddha. In a same vein, we shall see other Buddha-honoring monuments and temples.

We will see the Ashoka pillar and the World Peace Pagoda in addition to temples and monasteries. The sacred location is home to numerous monuments, monasteries, and museums, including the Lumbini International Research Institute. We shall thus also go there.

We will take a Flight back to Kathmandu. You can do anything you want for the rest of the day when you get back to Kathmandu, including shopping and strolling through the streets.

Three hours before your scheduled flight, you will be taken to the airport by an Everest Summit Treks and Expedition representative. We wish you a safe return trip home.
